Hope Rescue Mission - A Night of Hope on November 26th at 7PM

Since 1894, Hope Rescue Mission has been a place of refuge for the homeless men of Berks County, PA. Hope Rescue Mission offers four residential programs that men can work their way through to transition back into the community as productive and independent individuals.

On an annual basis, Hope Rescue Mission provides 68,941 meals, 51,396 bed nights, 365 Christ-centered chapel services, 260 morning devotionals, 208 discipleship classes, 1,200+ individual mentorship meetings and over 300 Christian counseling sessions.

“Champions of Hope” Campaign

The Reading Royals have partnered with Hope Rescue Mission for the “Champions of Hope” campaign kicking off April 15th. This campaign runs from April through October 8th, culminating in the Champions of Hope dinner at the Double Tree Hotel in Reading.

The Hope Rescue Mission is looking for at least 10 teams to help spear head the “Champions of Hope” campaign. Each team will be responsible for getting 52 people or more to sign up to sponsor a man for a week at $120. This sponsorship covers the cost to feed, clean and shelter a man for an entire week at the Hope Rescue Mission; it also includes a ticket to the Reading Royals “Night of Hope” game in mid- November. Together we can help restore the lives of those in need here in Berks County!
